For years real estate "experts" has used the phrase "Location. Location. Location." to summarize real estate.  But the reality it that is the 3 major factors "Location.  Price. Condition."

The location of your home cannot be changed.  There are many ways that location can adversely affect the sale of a home.

  • All the homes in the subdivision are smaller.
  • All the homes in the subdivision have sold for less that the house is listed for.
  • All of the surrounding homes don't have good curb appeal.
  • The home is located too close to commercial property.
  • The home is backs up to a major street.

.....only to list a few!
