Be honest with your self....how easy was it to show your home?

Here are a few "giveaways" from showing remarks on a home that indicate the home is not easy to show:

"Seller needs 24 hours advance notice."  

"Dog in house."

"Dog in yard will bite."

"Don't let cat out."

"Appointment only."

"Call listing agent to schedule showings"

You need to make sure that buyers can get into your home when they need to!  Linda uses Centralized Showing Service to make it as easy as possible for buyer to get into your home....and keep all other showing remarks out of the MLS.
